Caroline Vas

Caroline Vas, MSW, LCAC is a licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor. She has over 10 years of recovery experience and has spent the last 4 years at Hope Academy, a recovery-focused high school, leading their recovery programs. Caroline's focus is working with teens and young adults with substance use disorders and preparing them for a life of recovery. She is compassionate yet effective in addressing clients' ambivalence towards sobriety and mental health by focusing holistically on every individual she encounters. Caroline utilizes a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and 12 step concepts to guide her practice.

Caroline received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Purdue University and her Masters in Social Work from Indiana University.

Struggling with alcohol or substance use can be traumatic. Relationships with people who abuse alcohol and drugs can be overwhelming. Caroline would be honored to serve a role in guiding you or your loved one on their recovery journey.
