Value Based Consequences

This seminar examines the role of families in value development of children and adolescents.  It provides information regarding moral development in children and critical issues for families in regards to this issue.  Value based parenting is important from a prevention as well as a treatment perspective.  Value based family therapy guides families through the process of change by teaching parents how to establish, implement, and reinforce core family values.  It also provides techniques for teaching parents how to utilize value-based consequences with their children.
